- Karate and self defence: Karate Academy St Helens Park, Karate Academy Rosemeadow and Minto Martial Arts & Self Defence.
- Baseball: Campbelltown Ghosts Baseball Club Inc.
- Football: Macarthur Football Association.
Karate Academy St Helens Park is the only one listed in the suburb itself, so it may be your closest. Sports clubs usually work to a season, so ask whether they take new players and when.
Planning a few good days
- Ring or message one or two places and ask about trial sessions. A trial is a low-pressure way to see if your child likes it.
- Group your plans. Campbelltown has most of the listings, and Rosemeadow is the other stop.
- Ask about booking and cost, as spots can be limited.
- Add a free local outing, like a park or the library, to balance out the paid ones.
