If you are planning a child's birthday party in Campbelltown or Camden, we have three venues listed so far: Oz Funland and Mess It Up in Campbelltown, and Playmania in Camden. We're still adding more, so this is a short list for now.

Venues to contact

  • Oz Funland (Campbelltown)
  • Mess It Up (Campbelltown)
  • Playmania (Camden)

We don't have party packages, prices, age ranges or availability for any of them, so please contact each venue directly. Ask what they offer for birthdays before you get your heart set on a date. A short message or phone call will tell you whether the venue takes parties at all and which ages it suits.

Questions to ask each venue

  • What ages does the venue suit, and is there an age limit for the birthday child?
  • How many children can come, and are siblings or adults counted?
  • Is food included, or can you bring your own? Are there rules about allergies?
  • How long is the booking, and is setup and cleanup included?
  • What is the deposit, and what happens if you need to change the date?
  • Is there a space for parents to wait or help?

Choosing between them

The three venues are different, so it helps to visit or look at their pages. Think about your child first: what do they enjoy, and how many friends do they like having around? A smaller group often feels calmer, and a venue that matches your child's interests usually makes for a better day.

  • Campbelltown or Camden: pick the suburb that is easiest for most of the guests.
  • Time of day: ask which time slots are free, because weekends can fill up.
  • Back-up plan: if you are unsure, ask for a second date.

What to bring

Ask the venue what they provide. Many parents like to bring a cake, candles, party bags and a camera, but check the rules for food and decorations first.

Keep checking for updates

The venues' own pages have the latest on bookings and what they offer. Use the list above as a starting point, then confirm everything directly before you pay a deposit.
