For babies and toddlers in Parramatta and Cumberland, we have a playgroup, sensory play, a movement session and story time listed. They are in Parramatta and Merrylands. The events and clubs below list them with links.

Sessions for babies and toddlers

  • PHIVE Presents: Wiggle, Jiggle & Grow in Parramatta is listed for ages 6 months to 4 years, so it covers babies, toddlers and preschoolers.
  • Messy Sensory Play for Babies in Parramatta. The title says babies, and we don't have the exact age range, so check with the organiser.
  • Super Smart Play Bus Playgroup in Merrylands. We don't have its ages or times, so ask the organiser.
  • Diwali Story Time & Craft at Parramatta Library. Check the library's page for the age range.

Other listings to check

  • Crafty Kids Club at Dundas Library may suit older toddlers, but we don't have an age range.
  • Responding to Your Child's Emotions at Epping Library looks like a session for parents and carers, so you may attend without your child. Check with the library.
  • School Readiness Program at Auburn is likely aimed at older preschoolers, so it may not suit children under three. Check the age range.

What we don't know yet

We have no toddler clubs or classes listed in Parramatta and Cumberland yet. Most suburbs, including Auburn, Granville and Guildford, have no toddler sessions listed with us. We're still adding them. Your local library is a good place to ask about sessions near you.

Making the outing easy

  • Pick the session closest to home, so the trip is short and the nap isn't squeezed.
  • Check the start time against your toddler's nap and meal times.
  • Bring a drink, a snack, a spare change of clothes and anything that helps with settling.
  • For messy sensory play, dress your child in clothes that can get dirty.
  • If you have a pram, check how to get into the venue.
  • Expect your toddler to watch first and join in later. That is normal.

Keep checking back

Session times, ages and booking rules change, so use each organiser's own page for the latest details. We're still adding toddler activities across Parramatta and Cumberland, so look at the listings below again soon.

Built from Roolu's local listings. Dates, prices and ages can change, so check with each organiser before you go.
