Looking for school holiday activities in Breakfast Point? We have swimming, dance, art, junior sport clubs and a run of storytime sessions for babies, toddlers and preschoolers listed in the suburb and in nearby areas. The Summer school holidays run from 18 Dec 2026 to 27 Jan 2027 (starting in 6 weeks). These are the NSW public-school dates. Catholic and independent schools can differ, so check your own school's calendar.

Swimming and water

  • Cabarita Swimming Centre in Cabarita.
  • Shark and Swim Fit classes in Auburn. Ask the organiser what each one covers and which ages it takes.
  • Parramatta River Sailing Club in Henley.
  • Abbotsford Rowing Club in Abbotsford.

We don't have opening times, prices or age limits for these, so confirm each one with the organiser, including whether it runs during the holidays.

Storytime and little ones

The events listed for this area lean towards the youngest children.

  • Baby Rhymetime and Toddlertime at The Learning Space in Rhodes.
  • Storytime in Hunters Hill.
  • Pre-school Storytime and Reading Rangers in Homebush.

Some sessions follow the school term, so check that they are running during the break before you travel.

Dance, art and sport

  • Belinda's Art of Dance and Artroom Handmade Mortlake, both in Mortlake.
  • Fairy And The Frog in Breakfast Point.
  • Concord Junior Soccer Club in Concord and Concord Baseball Club in Concord West.
  • Little Tigers in Canada Bay and Kid Karate Classes in Rodd Point.

Planning the day

Few of the listings are in Breakfast Point itself, so most outings mean a short trip. Look at the travel time before you book, and think about how a younger child will cope with a long drive on a hot day.

Try one booked activity a day and keep the rest loose. If you have a baby or toddler as well as an older child, a storytime session early in the day and a sport or dance class later can suit different ages. Regular classes and clubs don't always run through the break, so ask the organiser before you commit.

Use the events and clubs below to find each organiser, then check their own page for the latest times, prices and places.

Built from Roolu's local listings. Dates, prices and ages can change, so check with each organiser before you go.
