Looking for school holiday activities in Banksmeadow? We have one event, two classes and eight clubs and places listed. They are in Banksmeadow, Rosebery, Daceyville, Eastgardens and Hillsdale. It is a small list, and we're still adding holiday programs for the area. The events and clubs below show the latest from each organiser.
The Summer school holidays run from 18 Dec 2026 to 27 Jan 2027 (starting in 6 weeks). These are New South Wales public-school dates. Catholic and independent schools can differ, so check your own school's calendar.
In Banksmeadow
Malabar Dance Crew is the club listed in Banksmeadow itself. We don't have times, ages or prices, so ask the organiser what runs in the school break and which age groups it takes.
Classes in Daceyville
Kid's Play and Kid's Acro are both listed at Daceyville. The names suggest a play-based class and an acrobatics class, but we don't have details, so ask the organiser what each one covers and what ages they suit.
Eastgardens and Hillsdale
Eastgardens has the most variety. Randwick Botany Little Athletics Centre is listed for kids who like to run and jump. KIKOFF Eastern Suburbs, Song School Maroubra and Timezone Australia are also listed there, along with Eastgardens Library. At Hillsdale you will find the Heffron Centre and Heffron Hawks Football Club. Clubs often follow the school term, so ask whether anything runs during the break. For a wet or hot day, the library is the calmest of the options. Check its page for opening hours.
An event in Rosebery
The Rosebery Christmas Concert is the one event listed. We don't have the details beyond the name, so check the organiser's page for when it is on, the ages it suits and whether you need to book.
Planning your days
- Check the organiser's page first, because holiday times can differ from term time.
- Choose one main activity a day and keep the rest open.
- Look up the trip before you book. Most of these are in other suburbs.
- Ask whether you need to book.
We have only a few holiday options for Banksmeadow so far. If we find more near Banksmeadow we will add them here. For the latest dates, times and prices, use the organisers' own pages.
