Looking for school holiday activities in Elderslie? We list playgrounds, Physie classes by age, preschool classes, BMX, softball and rugby league in Elderslie and nearby Camden. We don't have one-off events for Elderslie yet. The Summer school holidays run from 18 Dec 2026 to 27 Jan 2027 (starting in 6 weeks). These are NSW public-school dates; Catholic and independent schools can differ.

We're still adding holiday programs in Elderslie. Until then, regular classes, clubs and playgrounds are the place to start.

Playgrounds

Three playgrounds are on our list: Merino Reserve Playground, Starke Street Playground and Chellaston Street Playground, all in the Camden area. They give you somewhere to go on a day with nothing booked, but we don't hold anything about their equipment, shade, fencing or toilets. Check the council or the signs on the day.

Classes

Six classes are listed:

  • Physie for ages 5 to 6, in Camden
  • Physie for ages 7 to 8, in Camden
  • Physie for ages 9 to 10, in Camden
  • Preschool Tumbling in Smeaton Grange
  • Preschool Combo in Smeaton Grange
  • Preschool Ballet in Smeaton Grange

The Physie classes are split by age, and the preschool classes suit younger children. Ask each provider whether they run in the break and how a new child can join.

Clubs and places

Beyond the playgrounds, we list United Taekwondo Elderslie, Camden Junior Rugby League Football Club, Macarthur BMX, MacArthur Softball Fields and Camden Holiday Park. That gives you martial arts, rugby league, BMX and softball. Sports follow seasons, so ask whether a club is running and what age it takes. We don't hold details of what Camden Holiday Park offers day visitors, so check with them before you go.

Planning the day

  • Pair a class with a playground stop, so a child can burn off energy after sitting or learning.
  • Camden is close, but Smeaton Grange is further. Check the trip time.
  • Book with the organiser where they ask for it.

Check the latest

Times, prices and places are set by each organiser and can change. Use the classes and clubs below to reach their own pages for the latest details, and check back as we add more.

Built from Roolu's local listings. Dates, prices and ages can change, so check with each organiser before you go.
