Looking for birthday party ideas in Parramatta and Cumberland? We list three party businesses so far, in Merrylands, Parramatta and Guildford. It's a short list, and we'd rather tell you that than pad it. The details below are only what we've been given.
Venues and businesses we list
- Bardali Function Centre in Merrylands
- MBE Parramatta in Parramatta
- Party Hire Group in Guildford
We haven't been given party packages, prices, room sizes or age ranges for any of them. Please ask each one directly what they offer for a child's party, and don't assume they can.
Which ages suit?
The listings don't say, so we can't tell you which ages each place suits. When you contact them, ask:
- What ages do you usually host?
- Is there a minimum or maximum number of guests?
- What time slots are open, and how far ahead do I need to book?
- What's included, and what do I bring?
Matching the business to your plan
Before you call, decide what you actually need: a room, equipment, or both. A venue with a hall solves a different problem from a business that supplies party gear. Because the listings don't spell out what each business does, ask them to describe it in their own words, then compare quotes.
Planning tips
- Set the guest list and budget first, then ask for quotes.
- Ask about food and allergies, and whether you can bring your own cake.
- Choose a venue that's easy for guests to reach from Parramatta, Westmead, Wentworthville, Pendle Hill, Toongabbie, Greystanes, Granville or Auburn.
- Send invitations a few weeks ahead, and ask for RSVPs and dietary needs.
