Monday early childhood art class-Emu Plains

Joins us on Mondays for an outdoor early childhood art class. * These classes are designed for children under 5, however primary aged children who are being home-schooled are welcome to join. * Each class uses hands on activities to build children's creativity, social skills, fine and gross motor skills, problem solving skills and emotional development.  * Each week we run 3-5 activities. The number of activities will depend on the type of activities we have planned. Occasionally we like to add special celebration activities that add an extra experience to our class. For example- dragon dancing for Lunar New Year, Egg hunt for Easter or potion play for Halloween.  Across the term, we make sure we cover the three main types of art- Drawing, Painting and Sculpture. But we also explore lots of other types of art such as process art, print making, photography, mosaics, collage etc. Please wear clothing suitable to get messy in.
